iPhone users who bought the 128GB version of the phone ended up facing crashing problems and the phone being stuck in the boot loop. Some just reported of performance issues with the 64GB and 128GB iPhone units. The problem was being traced to the triple layer cell NAND storage.

Solution: Update your software

Apple decided to choose multi-layer cell storage for the future devices and it also corrected the problem being faced by current users through an iOS update.

  • Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi
  • Tap on Settings
  • Go to General
  • Tap on Software Update

If an update is available, download and install it. The problem will be solved if the phone is using updated software.
