Xiaomi Redmi Pro 6 Arrives – Quite Similar to iPhone X

Even though Xiaomi might have a long way to go until it can compete against the likes of Samsung and Apple, we have to admit that Xiaomi is making all the right moves. This Chinese tech giant is launching amazing smartphones one after another and this is helping Xiaomi grow a huge fan base. Nonetheless, Xiaomi recently launched Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A in China and the two smartphones are bestsellers. However, the company wants to take things to the next level by launching Redmi 6 Pro.

The new smartphone holds the title of being Xiaomi’s flagship device and it ships with an AI-powered dual-camera setup that is mounted on the rear side. This is one of Redmi 6 Pro’s highlight features, but today we are going to present them all! With that said, let’s see what Redmi 6 Pro is all about.

Affordable Price and Available Models

The reason why Xiaomi is becoming a customer favorite company in such a short time is that it offers powerful smartphones for affordable prices. Redmi 6 Pro is Xiaomi’s top of the line smartphone and it will be available in three variants.

The first variant features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space and it’s priced at Rs 10,400. On the other hand, the second variant offers 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space for a price tag of 12,500 while the last 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space variant goes for Rs 13,600.

Full-Screen Display

The feature that stands out the most about Redmi 6 Pro is its full-screen display. The display measures in at 5.84-inches and it uses full HD (2280 x 1080 pixels) technology. Another interesting thing about the display is that it features a top-notch which makes it look similar to Apple’s latest iPhone X.

Camera

The folks at Xiaomi know that people love to take selfies and they equipped Redmi 6 Pro with a 5MP secondary camera that is placed inside the top-notch. In addition, the rear side is equipped with a 12MP + 5MP camera setup that uses AI technology to take better pictures.

Operating System and CPU Power

Redmi 6 Pro will run on Google’s latest Android 8.1 Oreo operating system straight out of the box and it will be fueled by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor. While this might not be the fastest CPU available on the market, it’s still impressive nonetheless.
