If you are looking for a way to enhance your Samsung warranty program for the products you have purchased, you can do that using Samsung Premium Care (home appliances and television) or Samsung Care + (smartphones). Here, we are going to share some details on both.
What is Samsung Premium Care and how does it work?
Samsung Premium Care allows you to enhance the warranty program for home appliances and television. It protects you from all the unexpected things, but not just that. Once you enroll, you can always get professional help to start with your new TV or home appliance you just purchased.
If you want to enroll, you can do it while the products you purchased are still under warranty. You can add the coverage by calling 1-888-312-2071. After you enroll, you will receive an email or mailing with terms and conditions and coverage dates.
The cost of the Premium Care depends on the item you purchased.
This program is available only for those who live in the continental United States, Washington DC, Alaska, and Hawai.
You can cancel Samsung Premium Care anytime you want and you can do that by calling 1-866-371-9501.
What is Samsung Care + and how does it work?
If you want to protect your Samsung phone, you can do it by enrolling in Samsung Care + program.
If you have Samsung Care + and you just got a new eligible device, you should be aware that the current subscription will not be carried to your new device. In other words, you will have to cancel your current subscription and you will have to enroll your new device in the Care + program.
The price of Samsung Care + varies and it depends on your device. It can be $3.99, $8.99, or $11.99 per month. You will be billed every month automatically for up to 3 years, but you can always cancel the coverage.
Same as the Samsung Premium Care, Samsung Care + is available only for those who live in the continental United States, Washington DC, Alaska, and Hawai.
