Microsoft Edge – a new browser, introduced in Windows 10, causes interest of many users because of its high speed (according to some tests – faster than Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), support for advanced networking technologies and concise interface. The browsing history – information of entered forms, passwords, and data on websites will be saved on your computer while you’re surfing on the web. But, if you don’t need the history to be saved, you can delete it. Let’s see how to view and delete history in Microsoft Edge.

How To View And Delete History In Microsoft Edge
To view or clear the history of visited pages, press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + H, the pop-up window will open from which you can view or delete the history of visited websites in the last hour, earlier today, last week or individually each time by clicking on the “x”.
You can also clear all browser history by clicking on “Clear all history” and confirm with “Clear” button.
A window “Clear browsing data”, is where you can select the items you want to be cleaned. Also, this window can be opened by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + Del.
By default, “Browsing history”, “Cookies and saved website data”, “Cashed data and files” will be cleaned. If you want to hand over the computer to another person, then select all the items. Some of them are hidden under the “Show more” button. It is also recommended to do it in the case of any problems with the browser work.
You can also clear the history of visits in Microsoft Edge browser menu. To do this, click on “Menu” button (icon in the form of three dots) in the upper right corner of the browser window. In the menu, open “Settings” and click on “New tab page”.
In the next window select what you want to delete and click on “Clear”.
