Huawei Mate 8 is beautiful, powerful, fast and with the 6-inch screen it’s definitely big. So, you will probably need some period of time to get use to it, especially if you had a smartphone with 4-inch or 5-inch display size before you purchased this one. If you find a bit difficult to take photos, the great thing is that you don’t have to press the shutter button, you can use your fingerprint! Moreover, you can use your fingerprint to stop alarms and answer the incoming calls. To be able to do all this, you need to enable the option in settings, and you can do it with just a few taps. Follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Fingerprint ID
  • You will see the option “Take photo/video, Answer call, and Stop alarm” and enable it.

You are done and ready to use your fingerprint to stop alarms, answer calls, record videos, and take photos!
