How To Update Opera Browser
As a general rule, any web browser installed on your computer is set by default to update itself automatically, and you don’t need to waste your time on installation. If for some reason your browser can’t be updated to the new version, and you want to use its latest, then you have to adjust some settings.
Earlier Opera versions had two update options – automatic and manual, but in newer versions, you have only one way to update the browser.
Click on the Menu button, which is located at the top-left corner of your browser.
In the drop-down menu, scroll to the bottom and select find the “About Opera” option.
There you can see all the information about your current version of Opera, and other less important information.
Then, if the new version is available, refresh the page and Opera will automatically start to download and install the new version.
Wait until the installation is complete and then click on the button “Relaunch Now”.
After the restart, go to Menu < About Opera and you will see the information – “Opera is up to date”.
