Viber call problem on S5... No call audio

    Viber version 4.3.1.21 from Google Play Store
    Stock Galaxy S5, with no customs

    Chat works fine. Phone rings when call is made or received. But neither party can hear anything at all. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Try to un install any

    Try to un install any recent Updates you have installed. Such as the google search .This can be done by going to settings, application manager and then un-install update.

    If that doesn't work , go to

    >Settings
    >Application manager/APP
    >Click Viber
    >Clear Data
    >Reboot your phone

    Also, please make sure the following ports are enabled ("forwarded") on your routers or firewalls:
    TCP: 5242 + 4244
    UDP: 5243 + 9785
