Problem with Music Player - Mute Itself

    I recently uodate my Galaxy S5 to Lollipop and i've noticed a weird bug, while i listen music on Headphone , in the middle of the song it just mute itself, after a few seconds is back to normal... :((

    are u sure that the problem is not from your song ? maybe there is a bad sector on the mp3 itself...

    Nope, because it does this on all the songs i listen, i would say it does this every 15 mintues or soo...

    I have had this problem also after updating to Lollipop and the fix for that for me was to factory reset it after upating to Lollipop

    I recommend to factory reset it first from the Android Console ( Clear Cache ) and after try to reset it from the Menu > Settings

    Hope this work for you as it works for me
