5 ways to fix no service on iPhone 4

    Solution No.1: Airplane mode on/off

Many iPhone users are not familiar with this simple trick which can solve many problems, including this one. What you need to do is go to Settings, click on Airplane mode, turn it on, and then off again. That’s all. If this works, and no service problem is gone, you won’t have to try any other solution.

    Solution No.2: Reboot your device

Rebooting your device is very useful as well. In order to do it, hold the lock button for several seconds, and your iPhone 4 will reboot. Hopefully, it will work.

Solution No.3: Update the carrier settings

To do this, click on Settings, General, About. If there are settings updates available, download and install them.

Solution No.4: Remove the SIM card

Open your iPhone 4, remove the SIM card, and check its condition. If there are any damages, contact your carrier, and replace it. If everything is okay with your SIM card, just put it back carefully, on its position. Perhaps the card moved a bit, and that caused the problem.

    Solution No.5: Reset network settings

Whenever you have some issues with Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, or no service, you can simply restart network settings. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi passwords and other similar info you saved, will be deleted. To reset the settings, click on Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
