    The Nexus 7 was launched with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean in the market in 2013. The tablet offers so many features at a cheaper rate that users are accepting it rapidly. This tablet is perfect from every side such as the design, display, and functionality. It's lighter and thinner design makes it easy to carry while the 7.02-inch display is more than perfect to watch videos. All these attractive features made it accepted by a large number of users.

    But after using the Nexus 7 tablet, many users have complained about some problems that they are facing. Among many problems, the most faced problem is Nexus 7 slow Wi-Fi issue. Users have reported that the Wi-Fi connection on Nexus 7 is dropping randomly, the connection is terribly slow, and they are not able to download apps through the Wi-Fi signal shows full. Some users also said that they were able to connect other devices to the same Wi-Fi network easily, and the Internet speed is excellent but when they are trying to connect their Nexus 7 tablet, facing the slow Wi-Fi issue.

    If you also are using Nexus 7 and the Wi-Fi connection is not stable, then to solve the Nexus 7 slow Wi-Fi issue you need to download PingMeter from the Google Play store and then whenever you turn on the Wi-Fi connection, start the PingMeter. To do this, follow the below steps:

    1. Go to the Google play and search for PING.

    2. From there download PingMeter on your Nexus 7 tablet.

    3. To avoid the annoying beeps, you can silent the pinging.

    4. Go to Settings of PingMeter and set the packet size to 8.

    5. Make sure that the PingMeter has started pinging.

    6. To minimize the app, press the home button.

    Another thing you should maintain is that whenever you are not within your Wi-Fi network range and your tablet keeps on searching for Wi-Fi network uncheck the Wi-Fi connection. It’s good for your tablet’s battery life also. To uncheck it, go to Settings, then Wi-Fi > Advanced, and then uncheck Wi-Fi Optimization.
