can`t connect my samsung galaxy phone to wi-fi. The password is fine but it keeps scanning and scanning, then says there is an authentication problem

Sounds like either the password is wrong if it's trying to authenticate or you may need to do a firmware update and see if that resolves your problem. Keep us updated and if you have any questions let us know.

The best thing you can do is backup your phone data and reset your phone without changing any settings, then try connecting to the WiFi. If after resetting your phone the WiFi connection doesn't work successfully then it could either be the WiFi settings coming from the router, or it could be your actual wireless internet hardware inside your phone. You may want to first try and fix the router settings or see if they are properly set up, if they are, you might want to take your phone to a professional to fix the hardware or replace it.
