iPhone 5s Restarting While Charging!

    So, your iPhone 5s is working like a charm, but when you connect it to a charger it keeps restarting?     Solution No.1: Change current charging method

    Let’s start with the basic solution. If you have been using a wall charger, you should try charging your device via USB cable, but make sure that you are using the cable that came with your device. If you have been using USB cable, try wall charger, but make sure to use original charger, one that came with your iPhone.

    Solution No.2: Toggle Cellular Data

    Many people solved the problem with a very simple trick. What you need to do is:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap on Cellular
    • Toggle Cellular Data switch on/off
    Solution No.3: Force restart

    When iPhone restarting while charging, you should unplug the charger and do this: press and hold the Home button and the sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the Apple logo on the screen of your iPhone 5s.

    Solution No.4: Update iOS

    Solution No.5: Restore your iPhone

    The first thing you need to do is to backup your device via iTunes or iCloud. Then follow the steps below:

    • Select Restore from the Summary panel
    • Confirm the action by clicking on Restore again
    • Your device will restart when restored to factory settings
