Whenever i take a picture the lights sources in it, say an LED light or a bulb they take over the picture, is there any settings in the phone i can tweak to not make it happen ?

I am not sure, if i correctly understand you.
But i think you need pictures to be a bit darker.

Here are some things you might want to try after you tap the settings option in the camera app:
•Navigate to "Exposure value" and lower it so that the image is a bit darker

•Go to ISO and change its value from Auto to 100, this would reduce the sensitivity of the camera sensor

•Another thing you can do is open metering and change to "Spot" which allows you to set the exposure value of a spot that you want, you can touch anywhere on the screen to select the spot according which the exposure value of the image gets set

i think this should help you.
