    Hi there Mohit and Serge

    This

    Hi there Mohit and Serge

This is probably happening in your mobile because of un-update firmware OR
your phone is running on earlier software updates, i am gonna tell you what to
do and how to update your phone's firmware :-

    • Just navigate to the settings section of your cell
    • Toggle down to the bottom.
    • Select Software Update
    • Wait for your phone to reboot and complete the update.

Your phone should be running just fine.
Let me know if this works or not ... !!

RF if you updated your Note 3 to by Kitkat and you get NUll IMEI . YOU can this :
    To Enter information mode :

    >Dial *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer

    >Navigate to Device/Phone Information

    >Click on “Run Ping Test ”

After the Ping test is performed

    >Click on “Turn Off Radio”

    then

“Click on “Turn on SMS over IMS”.

OR Simple do a hard reset

    Hi guys,
    I've bought new galaxy

    Hi guys,
I've bought new galaxy s5 about 2 weeks ago, it worked fine but then I did factory reset because I changed some settings and I wasn't able to download apps from store, some apps stopped working properly, etc...anyway, I decided for factory reset because it seemed to be the quickest way to get it back to normal...however, after I turned the phone on again, I got invalid IMEI, can any1 help? I did not back up files, as I had nothing valuable in the phone and I presumed that if it worked OK once, there won't be any problem

    I have the same problem

I have the same problem as Serge, and I can't find a solution.
When I type *#06#, I get IMEI Invalid.
And when I go to Settings, About devises, Status and scroll down to IMEI it says: Unknown.
I do sometimes have signal and sometimes not. When I don't have, it says Invalid IMEI-"Operator name"

    Do anyone hava a solution?

    Thank you.

Hey guys, i bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it happens to be a copy or a duplicate. I checked the IMEI code and it says on http://www.imei.info/news/2013-09/54437-samsung-warranty-check/
that it is an INVALID IMEI. Is there any way someone can help me sort this problem and get my phone to work. My phone network seems to be having all the 4 blocks but I cannot receive calls or make calls and it says my phone is switched off. so basically, what i understood is that my phone is a fake and my IMEI number is invalid, so is there any solution, please someone help me ! ! !
