Can the IMEI code be changed??

A friend has pawned his S3 neo at a pawnshop and he wrote his IMEI code on the contract to be sure he will not receive back a fake phone.

I want to know if you can clone or change IMEI, please reply asap.

Keep calm. First of all it's Easy to figure out if a phone is fake. Changing the IMEI code is possible but is very unlikely to happen at a pawnshop cause for this u need drivers , which is unlikely they will have .
