Are Note 2 users interested in upgrading to either Note 3 or 4?

I am currently eligible for an upgrade from my Note 2, but I still dearly love this phone, so I think I will wait. Is anyone else considering holding onto their Note 2 for a while, or are you interested in the Note 3 or 4?

I'm a new smartphone user, I've only been using them for roughly 2 years now. My Note 2 still feels like a super high tech gadget compared to my old flip phones, so I'm perfectly happy with it so far.

I'm interested in Note 3, I'm not really into upgrading to the latest or Note 4 because 3 just is good enough with its specifications.

Most people aren't interested in upgrading unless the advances are notable. Many people don't upgrade their phones until four or five versions later because they upgrades are usually to minor to purchase a new phone over.

Yeah. They always come up with new versions and only rich people would afford upgrading constantly, I wouldn't do that. I wait for a lot of versions to come up and for software to be updated to the point my phone can't handle it and becomes slow.

I think when it comes to upgrades, people usually wait till their contract is ready to be reminded. This is usually every 2 years so not many people upgrade to the latest device constantly.

Yeah I guess, I wait around that much.

As most people do, especially when it comes to technology. Companies need to realise that not everybody has got the money to buy every new device, as and when it comes out.

Yeah I guess, but many brands do look at that side which is why they make really cheap brands.

I've upgraded to the Note 4 for a couple of weeks just to see how I like it. The latter was definitely a much better device and very good overall. In the end I've ended up selling the Note 4 for a Galaxy S6 since the size was making it unusable for me.
The Note 2 is still a great device that can run mostly anything.
