Good relationships at work are important because they allow you work in a positive environment. Getting along with your boss will enhance your career. If you can keep in touch outside of work hours then that would helpful in building a friendship. Friendship at work can turn into long lasting friendship.

Ensure that you go beyond expectation and your job performance is excellent. Your manager and supervisor will admire your work and treat you well. The company can run efficiently as a result of your contribution. The conflict between you and your boss are minimized when you perform well. If an employee is doing well congratulate and encourage the employee. This will motivate the employee to continue to do well. They will feel appreciated and continue to do their best.
