How To Take A Screenshot On The Motorola Moto G

We all have one thing in common. And that’s the difficulty that we face when we don’t know how to take a screenshot to share the things on our screen with our friends. While most people don’t know, the process of taking a screenshot is pretty much the same on all Android devices that run stock like Android. Here’s how you can get a screenshot on your new Motorola Moto G in a snap:

  1. Open whatever you want to share with your friend
  2. Hold down the Power button, and the Volume down button at the same time for about 2 seconds
  3. You will see that a new screenshot has been taken along with a notification in your Notification shade.
  4. The Notification shade will be updated once more saying that the screenshot has been saved.

And that’s pretty much it.

After you take that screenshot, you can just tap on the notification to open it in the gallery view. Alternatively, you can go into your gallery app, and then go in the “screenshots” folder to find it. You can then edit this screenshot normally as you would with any image. The screenshots can be shared as a picture message, via email, or on any social media networks of your choice.

Happy sharing screenshots on your new Moto G. 🙂
