T-Mobile Software Updates for Samsung Galaxy S10 Series, Galaxy Note 9 and S7 Being Rolled Out

Several smartphone models from Samsung are getting their software updates from T-Mobile. These include the three S10 series phones, the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 gets the latest October security patch from Android and the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are also included in this lot for updates sent OTA by T-Mobile.

Major Camera Improvements for Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e

It’s a pretty long changelog from Samsung for the updates being sent to the S10 series flagships. The key new features are related to the camera function, which gets Live Focus, Live Focus video, AR Doodle, Night and Super steady modes. Another feature added is the Link to Windows. Using this feature, you can quickly access your photos and other files on your PC through your smartphone. You can use the screen mirroring feature on this. A dynamic lock screen feature has been added as well.

Besides all these, the latest October 1, 2019, security update patch is also included in this software update from T-Mobile. With all these updates, this is a fairly large file of around 718MB in size. Ensure that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and it is sufficiently charged for battery power.

The update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 contains only the latest security patch from Android dated October 1. The file size is around 167MB. The basic instructions for the update to be automatically downloaded and installed are the same; connection to Wi-Fi and 50% or more battery power.
