No doubt that the MWC will be the place where Sony would be making its announcements on its next lot of flagships, the Sony Xperia XZ4 and two other devices, the Sony Xperia XA3 and XA3 Plus. Xperia XZ4 will lead the pack with the top-end specifications. But there is more discussion online on the Sony Xperia XA3 and XA3 Plus models. A lot of rumors and guess works have been seen on what to expect. Now there is some clarity though not all questions stand answered.
There could be a Rebranding of the Sony Xperia XA3 and XA3+ Models
The major twist in the latest rumors on the two devices is that Sony could change their names to the Sony Xperia 10 and 10 Plus. Though this is not from Sony and is just another rumor, the reason being given here is that the design will be quite different from the predecessors and therefore the XA moniker could be dropped.
A High Aspect Ratio of 21:9
Sony Xperia phones to be released this year at the MWC are likely to sport those tall type designs. An aspect ratio of 21:9 is predicted for the phones. This is more or less confirmed since the cases for the phones had been leaked earlier. The difference in the display sizes is likely to be 0.6 inches. While the Sony Xperia XA3 Plus or 10 Plus is likely to sport a 6.5-inch display, the XA3 (Xperia 10) may have a 5.9-inch display. The bezel sizes are definitely lower in size. The rear cameras are seen as dual sensor setups with the LED flash too visible. The processor to be fitted in the two models is rumored to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and the RAM would be 4GB. The internal storage is predicted as being 64GB and there will be a 3500 mAh battery fitted on the two phones. The camera specs are given out as 23MP and 8MP. There might not be too many changes or differences between the two models.
