During MWC 2016, Sony has launched three new handsets under the X series: Xperia X, XA and X Performance.
All 3 Xperia Series devices come equipped with a 5-inch screen and the traditional design being changed, now the back case being made of metal.
Sony Xperia X comes equipped with a 23MP camera that can focus in just 0.6s. The battery has a capacity of 2620mAh which promises two days of autonomy. The processor is a Snapdragon 650 with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The operating system is Android 6.0.
Sony Xperia X Performance comes equipped with a Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The handset has IP68 certification, so it is waterproof. The camera has a resolution of 23MP hybrid autofocus and the ability to shoot 4K. X Performance also has a fingerprint reader.
Sony Xperia XA is a cheaper version of Xperia X, it has a 5-inch screen with 720p resolution, a 13MP camera, MediaTek MT6755 processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB storage.
