Sony has sold more than 30 million units of Playstation 4 game consoles.

Today, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc (SCE) revealed that they have sold more than 30 million PlayStation 4 units, 30.2 million precisely across the globe as of November 22. Currently, PlayStation 4 is available in 124 countries and regions worldwide. The sales number is collected from the selling data from all around the world.

Back in March 2015, Sony announced the PlayStation 4 has cumulatively sold more than 20.2 million units. It means they have sold 10 million units of PlayStation 4 in eight months. Let’s calculate, if we divide the the sales number into eight month, that is to say that they sold around 1.2 million per month. This is a sales surpass.

Meanwhile, according to TechCrunch, Microsoft has also announced Xbox One number that came one year ago when it reached  10 million units sold. Moreover, Nintendo has sold around 11 million Wii Us.
