Skype for Business is a special software which is pretty different than the simple Skype we were used to. The program actually combines some Lync and Skype features and the result is, in fact, pretty satisfactory.
The enterprise software mostly deals with business and it was a massive success when it came out back in 2015. It was the exact same year when the software attracted the attention of Yeahlink, which signed in 2015 a deal with Microsoft that was meant to improve and extend the connection between to two through Skype for Business. Just recently, all the preparations were finally done and now Yeahlink will offer more communications offers to the Skype for Business end-users.
The Skype for Business Certification Yealink now has is a very encouraging success for the company. It basically means that Yealink did a great job researching and providing solutions in a professional manner as the users needed in the first place.
The new Skype for Business models
There are four cloud IP Yeahlink phones that will provide Cloud PBX improved qualifications to Microsoft Office 365, namely the T4 series (T46G, T42G, T41P, and the T48G). More specifically, Yeahlink is in charge of proviing support for Skype for Business users. All Yealink has done is to enable a certain portfolio for Skype for Business end-users, a thing that includes 4 IP phones. The best thing about it is the fact that the support option won’t be limited anymore. In fact, this company only brings out the fact that its support will not only be offered to premium phones, but also to endpoints.
Tiffany Wissner, senior director for Skype for Business agrees that this measure was necessary as people have been requesting it for a long period of time and making them happy with the changes means that the developers will have definitely have something to gain as well.
