Scott Kelly Shows How You Can Play Ping Pong In Space With Water Molecules

Scott Kelly was on the board of the International Space Station for 300 days, as commander of the one-year mission, which NASA will soon complete.

To properly celebrate its stay on the ISS, NASA has released a video in which Kelly plays tennis. Just as we can see in this video above, he doesn’t use a ball, but a bubble of water in microgravity. In addition, the video was filmed in 4K quality, so make sure check the settings before you click “play”.

The one-year mission is basically a scientific research project focused on the health effects of long space expeditions. Scott Kelly and Mikhail Korniyenko will spend a total of 342 days on the ISS, along with a team of scientists who will conduct all kinds of medical experiments. They will return to Earth this spring.
