Samsung has decided to finally bring the Galaxy Tab S6 to the Indian market. The smartphone giant recently teased the release of Galaxy Tab S6 on Samsung India’s Instagram page. The image displayed the sides of the device along with the S-Pen and “Coming Soon” written in the background.
We don’t have any details regarding the launch date or the pricing yet. The Galaxy Tab S6 is on sale in the USA and Europe with a $650 price tag for the base variant. The tablet may seem overpriced but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 justifies its price tag. It is, simply put, the best Android tablet that you can buy right now with impressive specifications. The device comes with a redesigned S-Pen as well as two primary shooters at the back, which makes it the first tablet from Samsung to have a dual-camera setup.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Specifications
The Galaxy Tab S6 by Samsung is a powerful tablet due to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 mobile platform with an octa-core processor with one core clocking at 2.8GHz, three cores at 2.4GHz and four cores at 1.7GHz.
The tablet comes in two variants, the base variant coming with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The top variant is available with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The device supports only one SIM and one microSD card with memory up to 1TB.
The Galaxy Tab S6 features a massive 7,040 mAh battery. The tablet also features an on-screen optical fingerprint sensor, which can be seen in several flagship smartphones nowadays. The back of the device has two cameras with one of them being an ultra-wide snapper and has 123-degree Field of View plus F2.2 aperture. The other shooter is a regular wide camera with live focus. The front of the tablet features an 8MP front snapper with live focus.
The device comes with a modified S-Pen that is suitable for tablet use. The S-Pen can be attached to the back of the device magnetically. It also charges wirelessly when attached to the tablet.

There is a good probability that the Galaxy Tab S6 will be a success in the Indian market. There is better potential for tablets in the country than in other regions worldwide.
The launch of the Galaxy Tab S6 was strategically timed as the 4G tablet market saw a growth in the first quarter of 2019. The best-selling tablet was the mid-range Samsung Tab A8. The manufacturer is hoping to replicate the results in the fourth quarter of 2019 and in 2020 as well with its Galaxy Tab S6.
