The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is now available for sale, for just 47,990 rupees in India. This is an amazing step for Samsung, even with the S Pen stylus, given the fact that the Galaxy Tab S2 was released a couple years ago.
Let’s see what the major differences between the two Tabs are.
Here Samsung made a huge leap given the fact that the Galaxy Tab S2 runs on a Snapdragon 652 octa-core chipset, while Galaxy Tab S3 now has an amazing quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor.
Here Samsung made no changes, because both tablets come with a 9.7-inch 2048 x 1536 Super AMOLED display and with the same screen to body ration, which leads us to the conclusion that they used the same design for both Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has a slightly bigger 6,000mAH battery. Samsung used a 5,870mAH on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. This should improve the life span of the tablet thanks to the software changes that will take place and the bigger battery.
Samsung gave the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 a 13MP F/1.9 camera and a 5MP front camera that is perfect for selfies and Skype calls. On the other hand Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 came with an 8MP rear camera plus a 2.1 MP front camera. Clearly they tried to prove that they still can outrun themselves.
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is equipped with 4GB of RAM 32GB of internal storage, which is of course expandable, while Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 had only 3GB of RAM but the same 32GB of internal storage. Both tablets are equipped with a fingerprint scanner and come with Android 7.0 Nougat.
