While Samsung is expected to announce at its Galaxy Unpacked event on February 11 three main models in the Galaxy S20 series flagships, there are going to be 5 models in all, with the 5G versions of the Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+ added. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, the highest-ranked among the five will have only a 5G version. Complete specifications of the three 5G enabled Samsung Galaxy S20 devices to be launched has been shared online. The key details are as below.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

The display size is 6.9-inches and it will be an Infinity -O type Dynamic AMOLED display, having an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a full WQHD+ screen resolution of 3,200×1,440 pixels. Earlier rumors had suggested that this top model alone, among the five, will have RAM support of 16GB. However, the most recently released reports suggest that the RAM will be 12GB on the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. The internal storage may have multiple variants starting from 128GB. There will also be the provision for a microSD card that can lift the storage up to 1TB.
The camera section will feature the quad-camera setup with the much-awaited 108MP primary shooter. The other three sensors will comprise a 48MP telephoto camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a ToF sensor. The front camera for selfies will also be a mammoth 40MP shooter.
Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G
With most specifications from the premium model being retained, the display size on the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G model will be 6.7-inches and the screen resolution the same 3,200×1,440 pixels. The weight of this device will be slightly lower at 188gms against 221gms of the Galaxy S20 Ultra model, primarily because the battery on the Ultra model will be all of 5,000mAh while the one on the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G will be 4,500mAh.
The camera section will feature a 12 wide-angle lens, a 64MP telephoto camera, and another 12MP ultra-wide sensor. The front camera here is 10MP.

The rest of the display attributes do not differ from the ones described above for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and S20+. Even the refresh rate of 120GHz is common for all three models. The battery is further reduced in power in this model at 4,000mAh.
For optics, the triple camera setup in the rear is the same as in the Galaxy S20+ model with 12MP+64MP+12MP in the same order. The front camera too is a similar 10MP shooter.
The base storage level in all three phones is predicted to be 128GB and the operating system is Android 10, with the One UI 2.0 user interface. All three will have IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
These are rumored specifications so you are advised to take these with a grain of salt. Only an official confirmation can make these the final specifications of the models.
