Samsung Galaxy S10 Is On Its Way With An Exquisite Design

Rumors say that Samsung Galaxy S10 might be launched at the beginning of 2019 and Galaxy fans are curious to see what its features will be. So far, we cannot take anything for granted, but leaks support the idea that the new device will bring users a reinvented handset.

Since Galaxy S9 and S9+ were improved versions of S8 and S8+, we can imagine that Samsung will not spare any effort and release a top-notch device. According to some information, the S10 will come with a super sharp display with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor inserted in it and 5G connectivity.

Curious about the design? Let’s find out more!

If you were expecting to get your hands on the even more expected folding smartphone, you will be disappointed. It looks like Samsung wants to keep the same pattern for the new device’s design, but S10 is expected to have an edge-to-edge infinity display and no notch.

Although bezels might lose some millimeters, the new phones from the Galaxy S generation might have a slightly larger display than their predecessors. Regarding resolutions, it is said that developers took the development process “Beyond” the expected. It couldn’t be otherwise since Samsung is planning to release the handsets as part of the Galaxy range’s 10th anniversary.

The main question is whether the S10’s display will be super sharp, as rumored. Another curiosity is connected to the built-in the displayed fingerprint sensor, so we’ll have to wait and see if this is the case. A display like that means a staggering 600ppi pixel density and this means a considerable improvement because the Galaxy S9 and S9+ already had an incredibly sharp display with 530 and 570ppi. Just imagine the quality and performance you could have with a 600ppi display!

For a density of 600ppi, the device should have at least a 5.8-inch screen, like the Galaxy S9. To get the best performance, the display resolution should be increased to anything near the 4K quality. The Samsung Infinity Display can still be used, but it will most certainly have a size between 5.8 inches and 6.3 inches if an S10+ will be released.

Even if the design for the display is finished and its production is supposed to start in November, changes could appear. In the same period, Samsung will begin producing its foldable screen for the Galaxy X smartphone, but the release date for this innovative device remains a subject for speculations.

Technical specifications are also important

Some sources say that the new smartphone will feature a chipset built especially for Artificial Intelligence, it will have CPU, GPU, and a neural processor. In addition, it will be provided with a 5G modem, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.0 storage. Users will enjoy awesome revolution thanks to its 93% or more screen-to-body ratio and Super AMOLED display designed for 9th generation mobiles. An L-shaped battery powers the system.

The AI elements will support 3D processing of images taken with the camera. In this idea, the sensing camera technology has been improved, so that the users won’t have to worry about security when it comes to the face recognition and unlock features. Thanks to the improvements made to the camera, owners will have the possibility to enjoy a better AR Emoji experience.

So far, we are not sure if the Samsung Galaxy S10 will come with the Face ID feature on the front. Facial recognition is a big step into the future for the mobile industry, but Samsung hasn’t leaked any news on the matter, so we don’t know if they are still planning to use it.

Moving forward, let’s analyze the system which will run the device. All those new specifications can be supported by Samsung’s TouchWizz interface installed on the forthcoming Android P. According to some experts, developers will involve the next generation Bixby as well.

When an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is involved, a smartphone’s launch date can be determined by the development of this feature. The Bell is a Korean news site which revealed that the Galaxy S10 will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The specification was supposed to appear with the S9, but Samsung postponed this innovative addition until they managed to establish the design and technical specs for Samsung Galaxy S10.

Speculated release date

Since they have similar features, the Galaxy Note 9 and S10 will be launched at the beginning of 2019, which means an earlier date than their predecessors. If it were to follow the cycle of S9, the S10 would be announced in March, but it looks like Samsung will use the opportunity of CES 2019, which will happen in January, to talk about its latest creation.

Other sources say that the company may introduce the long-expected foldable smartphone at the Mobile World Congress in February 2019. Since we are at the half of 2018, we don’t have to wait long to see these actual wonders of technology.

Ever since the Galaxy line appeared, 10 years ago, the developers have constantly tried to improve it according to the latest trends and innovations appeared in the technology area. If Samsung is planning to release the S10 with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and 5G streaming possibilities and a foldable smartphone, we can’t help wondering what their plans for the future are.
