There is not much time left until we will finally get our hands on Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9. The company is said to release their flagship smartphone on August 9 at one of their events, a release which is a bit ahead of schedule (but hey, we are not complaining). In light of this event getting closer and closer as each day passes, numerous pieces of information are surfacing up online. This time a leaked phone case for the smartphone indicates the fact that the Note 9 will come with 5 physical buttons.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Buttons
This leak comes from ice Universe. The Twitter account published two new images today on their page. They show a TPU transparent phone case of the Note 9. The design of the case leaves nothing to the imagination, and not just because it is transparent. From the pictures, we can clearly see that the Galaxy Note 9 will have a horizontal display for their dual cameras on the back, but we were already aware of that. We were also aware by now from past leaks that the Note 9 will not have an in-screen fingerprint sensor since we can clearly spot it under the camera setup on the back. But alas, we will get it with the S10.
The first of these five physical buttons is the Bixby one, placed just on the right-hand side of the smartphone. On the left side of the device, we can spot the volume rockers. This leaves two buttons that we still have to pinpoint their use. One of them is found just below the volume rockers on the left side, and it is the power button. The last button is expected to be a camera shutter key.

Since Samsung has worked hard on coming with an improved camera setup, adding a dedicated button to access it on the go is a right decision.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Specs
The smartphone is going to with a high-end variant which offers 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Form previous leaks we learned that the Note 9 would also come with 6GB of RAM and either 64, 128 or 256GB of internal storage, depending on the variant that you choose. Some markets will have the note 9 come with an updated Qualcomm processor whereas other will have the Exynos variant, yet we are not yet sure who will get what.
