Samsung hasn’t had it easy in the past. In fact, the company was faced with some pretty terrible allegations that led to a few lawsuits. In turn, these lawsuits didn’t only cost them quite a bit of money in damages and settlements, but also their good name in the public sphere. To put it bluntly, Samsung seemed past the point of no return.
Now, after a truly nerve-racking past couple of years, Samsung seems to be back at it again with the great smartphone launches. The South Korean tech giant has just announced the release date for their brand new project, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and it’s a surprising one. Keep reading to find out why.
Too Early? Opinions Differ
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is being released this year on the 10th of September. Seeing as how the beginning of this year saw another major Samsung launch in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, many say that the company is putting out the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 way too early for their own good.
However, others are acknowledging Samsung’s aggressive gambling in the tech world. After all, this is something we rarely see a company do. Apple, for example, span out their major launches once a year at least, and Samsung used to be like that as well. Now they’re going into uncharted territory and we’re loving their boldness to be perfectly honest.
Samsung is one of the biggest and most successful tech companies in the world. Although they’ve had their ups and downs and their path has been sprinkled with flops and mishaps, this brave decision shows that they’re ready to get back in the game for real this time. We applaud their courage and we expect great things from the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
