There are several things you can do that may help you fix the problem, and we will list them below.

• First, ensure your PSN (Playstation Network) is up and running. You can check that by clicking on this link.
• Can other devices that you own connect to Wi-Fi? If they can’t, restart your modem and router.
• Restart your PS4
• Make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password on your PS4 – navigate to Settings > Network > Set up Internet Connection > Use Wi-Fi. Now select Easy and then choose your network and enter the password.
• Make sure your PS4 is placed near the router; if it isn’t, move it closer.
• PS4 DNS settings – Go to Settings > Network > Set up your Internet Connection. Depending on how you are connecting select Use a LAN Cable or Use Wi-Fi. Next, select custom and then choose your network. After that, choose Automatic, then choose Do not Specify, and then select Manual. Next, choose Primary DNS and enter the following: 208.67.222.222. Now choose Secondary DNS and enter the following: 208.67.220.220. Choose Next, then choose Automatic, and then choose Do not use.

If nothing seems to be working, reset your PS4 to factory defaults.
