How to take screenshots on Pixel 3

Taking a Pixel 3 screenshot is easy to capture, and here is how you can do that:

  • Make sure that the content you want to capture is on the screen
  • Now press the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time
  • When the screenshot is taken you will hear a clicking sound and the small version of the screenshot will be displayed in the corner for about 2 seconds
  • You will get a notification saying the screenshot was captured
  • Click on the notification and you will get the option to Share, Edit, or Delete a screenshot.
  • If you don’t want to do any of it at the moment, just dismiss the notification

Another way of taking a Pixel 3 screenshot is also simple, and you won’t use two buttons, but one.

  • Make sure that the content you want to capture is on the screen
  • Press and hold the Power button and press Screenshot from the drop-down menu
  • You will hear a clicking sound and you will see a small version of the screenshot in the corner of the screen
  • Tap on the notification to Share, Edit, or Delete a screenshot or dismiss the notification.
