Taking a screenshot on your Pixel 3 is as simple as it can get. Here, we are going to show you how to take a Pixel 3 screenshot, and we are also going to show you how to edit and share the screenshots. There are two methods to go for, and we will share them both.

How to take screenshots on Pixel 3

Taking a Pixel 3 screenshot is easy to capture, and here is how you can do that:

  • Make sure that the content you want to capture is on the screen
  • Now press the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time
  • When the screenshot is taken you will hear a clicking sound and the small version of the screenshot will be displayed in the corner for about 2 seconds
  • You will get a notification saying the screenshot was captured
  • Click on the notification and you will get the option to Share, Edit, or Delete a screenshot.
  • If you don’t want to do any of it at the moment, just dismiss the notification

Another way of taking a Pixel 3 screenshot is also simple, and you won’t use two buttons, but one.

  • Make sure that the content you want to capture is on the screen
  • Press and hold the Power button and press Screenshot from the drop-down menu
  • You will hear a clicking sound and you will see a small version of the screenshot in the corner of the screen
  • Tap on the notification to Share, Edit, or Delete a screenshot or dismiss the notification.

Taking a screenshot is simple, and now you know both methods so choose the one you find easier and capture the content you want.
