Battery technology has revolutionized the world of the smartphone industry and electrical appliances by introducing a new technology that can quickly charge the battery in just 30 minutes. Customers have been complaining about the inefficient usage of battery since ages. But, with the launch of OPPO 65W SuperVOOC into the mobile market, people are quite impressed with its 30 minutes super-fast charging speed.

65W SuperVOOC 2.0 is utilizing high-end customization and optimization of algorithms, hardware, and software to increase the performance efficiency of the device. It is one of the most cutting-edge charging technologies that can charge up to 27% in just 5 minutes. This technology has used Gallium Nitride semiconductors to shorten the charging time and the size of the adapter. Moreover, it can deliver an enjoyable charging experience by suppressing the heat generation and utilizing smart designs and components.

Comparison with other brands

Now, let’s have a look at the charging speeds offered by other brands.

  1. Vivo has come up with an ultraviolet intense 120W charging technology that can charge the whole battery in just 13 to 15 minutes.
  2. Xiaomi has an insane 100W Super Charging Turbo which merely requires 17 minutes to charge the device.
  3. Samsung Galaxy Note 10 has recently launched its brand new 45W charging which has turned out to be the most wanted phone.
  4. Apple iPhone X takes at least 3 hours to charge its battery for 10 hours of continuous usage for the customers.

Brian Shen, the Vice President of Global Marketing Operations at Oppo, recently shared a video on Twitter which showed how fast phone with 4000-mAh battery would take to charge from 0 to 100, with this 65W charger from Oppo. The video confirms that the phone is fully charged in less than 30 minutes (26 to be precise).

Oppo Reno Ace is expected to be released with this 65W charger during the middle of October 2019. Reno Ace will also have 90Hz display refresh rate.

OPPO has upgraded the VOOC Flash technology that helps the users to charge their mobiles in the shortest amount of time. Also, OPPO has five safety protection features that ensure maximum safety to the wire, adapter and the handset. Emerging 5G network and high-power demanding applications have diversified the demand for OPPO smartphones because of its long battery life and convenient product usage. Not only this, OPPO is successfully working towards expanding its VOOC ecosystem to external partners by working with more than 25 companies around the globe.
