On Thursday, the Indian market saw the release of the Oppo F3 smartphone, which costs Rs. 19,990. The new device has been dubbed a ‘selfie expert’ by the specialists, and it seems it does a great job. However, it’s not the only device on the market that tries to achieve success in this domain, rivaling Gionee A1 and Vivo V5s. But let’s see how they stack up against one another!
The Oppo F3 front camera is made up of two sensors: a 16 MP one that has a 76.4 degree wide-angle lens. On the back, it offers a 13 MP snapper. Meanwhile, the Vivo V5s offers a 20 MP camera on the back and a 13 MP one on the front, while the Gionee A1 features a 13 MP rear camera and a 16 MP front one.
The Oppo F3 runs on Android 6.0 and so does the Vivo V5s. Of course, it’s an excellent OS, but the Gionee A1 uses the Android 7.0, which is more recent and it brings up certain additions.
The recently released device has quite an interesting configuration. It relies on an 1.5 GHz octa core CPU, same as the Vivo V5s. The Gionee A1 stands aside with its 2 GHz octacore SoC. All three of them are MediaTek ones. In yet another similarity between the three phones, they all offer 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. Thankfully, you can expand the space with the help of a microSD card on all of them. However, Oppo F3 only allows up to 128 GB, while the other two phones let you use 256 GB.
All three devices offer 5.50 inches displays, but the resolution varies. Oppo F3 and Gionee A1 sport an 1080×1920 pixels resolution, while the Vivo V5s offers a 720×1280 one.
