OnePlus 7T Renders Leak Online; September 26 Release Date Likely

OnePlus is expected to advance the release of its ‘T’ variants of OnePlus 7 to September 26 instead of October or later as it has been doing in the previous years. There are expected to be two of them, the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro. Possibly, the Chinese company was a bit wary of a series of top-end smartphones released/to be released in the market. The Samsung Note series flagships are just out. September will see the iPhones from Apple and October, Google’s Pixel 4 and 4 XL will be out in the market. While there have been some rumors on what new features the OnePlus 7T and 7T devices would be packed with, a new 3D render has surfaced, thanks to ‘OnLeaks’.

A Circular Module with Three Sensors and a Flash

The images leaked are a treat to watch with the circular module clearly visible with the three sensors placed in a row horizontally. The LED flash can be seen below the cameras at the center. There are obviously no details on the camera specs. One can only make one’s own guess that the third addition to the rear camera setup seen on the OnePlus 7 can be a wide-angle lens.

Display Size Predicted to be 6.4-6.5 inches

OnLeaks says the display of the OnePlus 7T will be 6.4 or 6.5 inches. Even the overall dimensions have been revealed in this leak; it is likely to be 161.2 mm x 74.5 mm x 8.3 mm. The renders reveal some more details like the volume rocker on the left edge and the other two buttons, one to switch the power on and off and the other as the alert switch along the right edge. One can see the single speaker grill at the bottom. The SIM tray, as well as the USB-C type port, are also housed on the bottom edge. The front camera for selfies is housed within the notch.

OnePlus is likely to choose the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC for this new phone. The areas still to be clarified even by these leaks are what will be the difference between the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro. Buyers would also be keen to know the prices the company will fix for the new top-end phones from its stable. The usual caveat is added in the end that none of these have been confirmed by OnePlus officially.
