Next-Gen Apple iPhone SE Display Specs
Though the next-generation iPhone SE is expected to launch sometime in 2022, a lot of people who want to get their hands on an affordable or budget-friendly iPhone are quite excited about it already. The 2022 iPhone SE, which you can hope to buy sometime next year, will have a 4.7-inch display screen. This particular piece of information has been shared by Ross Young, who happens to be a display analyst.
The last released model of iPhone SE looks similar to the iPhone 8 which comes with a 4.7-inch display screen. There were reports indicating that Apple was working on developing an iPhone SE Plus that would be launched in 2021. However, according to a research note published by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, one should not expect the arrival of a new-generation iPhone SE before 2022.
Apple LCD iPhone leak, we now hear the next LCD iPhone SE will remain at 4.7" in 2022. Some rumors that it may have 5G with Sub-6 GHz as well. Also hearing about a 6.1" version in 2023 with punch hole rather than a notch.

The information provided by Ross Young also indicates the fact that no updated version of the iPhone SE will come out in 2021 but after the release of the 2022 model, the company would work towards bringing out another version in 2023.
Reportedly, Apple is working towards developing a 6.1-inch model of the iPhone SE that would have a hole punch design instead of a notch. If rumors are to be believed, the Cupertino-based giant has plans of introducing this design in the new models scheduled to be released in 2022. Because of this, there is a chance that this design will make its way to the iPhone 14 models too.
Companies manufacturing Android phones have been implementing the punch hole design in their devices for quite a long time in order to increase the area of the display screen and ensuring that there is enough space around the front-facing camera. On Apple’s devices, the current notch will be replaced by the hole punch.
One expects a few more design-based changed in the 2022 iPhone SE models. Apart from that, the phones are expected to feature 5G support and an upgraded compressor.
