Brad Sams and Even Blass are two blabbermouths that exposed images regarding the new upcoming Lumia devices, the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL. The latter smartphones are getting prepped for the big launch that is scheduled for the month of October.
If you’re curious about the design, a Windows logo will be added on the back cover of these two devices. They will roll out in a black and blue shade. Nokia Lumia 950 is also called Talkman while its sidekick the Lumia 950 XL is known as Cityman.
Eventhough there were innuendoes regarding the fact that the launch of the Lumia devices will happen at IFA, Microsoft might stay clear of this convention because there will be other stellar gizmos that might take the spotlight.
Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL Specs & More
The Talkman device will roll out with a 5.2-inch display and 2560×1440 pixels of resolution. A hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor will fire-it up and the device will also have 3GB RAM as well as an amazing 20 MP PureView camera. With such a camera users can take great photos even in low light conditions. However, the device also has a 5-MP camera in the front along with a 3,000mAh battery and 32GB storage capacity.
The Cityman device also known as Lumia 950 XL sports a 5.7-inch display and as far as the specs are concerned, they are identical to the Lumia 950. The only difference is that under the hood the Cityman gizmo has an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor and a slightly bigger battery, a 3,300mAh battery to be more precise and aluminum knobs on the side. You’ll be glad to hear that both of these devices have Qi wireless charging support and USB type C as well.
Now fans might know what to expect with the launch of these two Lumia devices, so the countdown has begun.
