The Nintendo NX console is in development for a few years, the company hoping to fix a little problem, which is that the Wii U is not very successful at this time.
Some new information appeared on the internet regarding this console, which indicates a number of things that are quite interesting. First, Nintendo NX will have a hardware configuration similar to the one used by Xbox One and Playstation 4, which means that it will be based on AMD components. Second, the operating system, NintendoOS, will be strong enough to allow porting games from other consoles without big changes to the code.
Nintendo NX will connect to TVs, and other screens in general, using a wireless HDMI adapter. It will be able to connect to Bluetooth phones and tablets, allowing even to take over their functions. You will even be able to answer phone calls using the console.
The controller will contain haptic feedback, an improved version of the streaming technology will be implemented, and the multiplayer will take the concept of Augmented Reality and Street Pass at a completely different level.
How is this possible? According to previous statements, Nintendo NX will take the form of the two devices, one being a normal console and the other a mobile version, which is described as a combination of something created by Samsung and a Nintendo 2DS.
Nintendo seems to be very enthusiastic about this console, the launch effort being the largest since the initial Famicom to present.
We can expect more information on the console before E3, during Nintendo’s traditional transmission.
