Some new leaks and images have surfaced on the internet regarding the upcoming iPhones that will be released in 2017. According to 9to5Mac, Apple plans to bring three new iPhone models this year.
The three new iPhone models that will be released this year are: iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus and iPhone 8. According to JPMorgan, the iPhone 8 will not have tiny 4mm bezels around the display and, instead, the smartphone will be more like the Samsung Galaxy S8 device with an edge-to-edge panel horizontally.
The same analyst thinks that the iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus will come with the same basic design that the company has used since the iPhone 6. However, the two devices will feature aluminum sides with glass backs such as the iPhone 8.
Apple has to do this in order to enable the phones to support wireless charging. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 will come with a stainless steel and glass that will have a more premium finish.
We also have to remind you that some previous rumors were suggesting that Apple will integrate the Touch ID into the front panel. JPMorgan claims that Apple will most likely use an “L-shaped” battery on the iPhone 8, which will result into 30% larger capacity and rear dual camera.
Unfortunately for Apple, it seems that the hype is not as high as it was when the company has released the iPhone 6 or iPhone 7. It seems that some iPhone users have already decided to ditch their devices for more powerful and cheaper Android handsets.
Apple will need to react to this and make its devices a bit cheaper or else the brand will start losing many customers.
What are your thoughts about the upcoming iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus and iPhone 8? Will you purchase any of these three devices once they will hit the stores?
