Moto Z2 Force vs. iPhone 7 Plus – Which One Wins?

It seems that Motorola is in it to win it as far as the smartphone game is concerned, and its recent releases are proof enough of that. The newest addition to their flagship line of smartphones is the Moto Z2 Force, an impressively elegant device with robust features and state of the art hardware incorporated into it. In fact, it’s built more or less just like a Samsung Galaxy S8, which is certainly a bold statement.

But does the Moto Z2 Force compare to the iPhone 7 Plus? Let’s find out right now, because if it does you could potentially save some cash on your next purchase and get the Moto Z2 Force instead.

The Comparison

The two phones have the same size display, with the difference that the Moto Z2 Force makes us of AMOLED screen technology, while the iPhone 7 Plus has just the standard LED one. The Moto Z2 Force also has better resolution and pixel density than the iPhone 7 Plus, so we’d have to say that so far so good. The Moto Z2 Force runs on 4GB of RAM, while the iPhone 7 Plus only has 3GB of RAM. The Moto Z2 Force is powered by the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, while the iPhone 7 Plus has the Apple-made A10 Fusion chipset.

So, the Moto Z2 Force sounds a bit better on paper, does it not? And it’s cheaper too. But it’s not necessarily better than the iPhone 7 Plus. iPhones are notorious for being the best smartphones on the market in spite of their seemingly more modest specs because it matters more for those specs to go well together. And the iPhone 7 Plus is certainly more in tune with itself than the Moto Z2 Force. Still, the Moto Z2 Force is worth a shot.
