Apple pie is a yummy dessert that is very famous. To make this dessert you need a filling and crust. For the crust, you mix 2 cups of flour, two tablespoons of sugar and half teaspoon of salt. Then add half cup of milk and oil and stir with a fork until a dough is formed. Cut the dough in two and shape in a ball. Put one dough aside and then roll the other dough out and put it in a pie pan. Place both dough in the refrigerator and work on the filling.

For the filling add 3/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of tapioca, half teaspoon of cinnamon, and a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg and combine. Then you peel and cut 8 cups of apple fill in the bottom crust. Roll out the other dough and place over the apples. Cut off the extra dough around and secure the edges. You can brush the pie with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Make slits on the top with a knife and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.

Cheesecake is a favorite dessert. In a bowl mix crackers, butter and sugar and transfer to a baking pan. You will bake the crust for 10 minutes. Next, beat 1pint of cream cheese, 1 1/4sugar, 2 tablespoons of vanilla, lemon juice, flour and 5 eggs until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for about 55 minutes. After this is done let the cheesecake cool and make the cream. In a bowl mix sour cream, vanilla, lemon, and sugar. Spread mixture over cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes. When it is done allow the cake to cool and refrigerate.

Every Thanksgiving must have Pumpkin Pie. In a bowl add pumpkin puree, eggs, sweet condensed milk, ground nutmeg, salt, cinnamon and ground ginger. Wisk until combined and then pour into a pie crust. The pie crust can be bought in your nearest store. Bake at 350 degrees until the pie is set.

Pecan Pie is another delectable dessert you can try. Wisk four eggs and then add one cup of corn syrup. Next add four tablespoons of melted butter, one cup of brown sugar and one tablespoon of all purpose flour. Mix to combine and then add 2 ounces of chop pecan. Pour the mixture into a pie crust and decorate with pecans to suit you. Place in a 350 preheated oven and bake until set. Bake for about 55 minutes.
