Apple is one of the biggest tech companies in the world, and one of the fields in which it performs best is that of smartphones. As you may well be aware of by now (I mean, who isn’t?), their smartphone line is known as the iPhone, and it is currently at its seventh installment. The iPhone 7 was quite a stylistic break from the tried and tested model. A lot of people were shocked when the company who devoted half a decade of marketing on headphones and music decided to remove the headphone jack off of their new phones.
But alas, while the iPhone 7 and its few existing variants are fine, we can’t help but wonder how the iPhone 8 will look like. Although the new device is months from being released, and might not even see the light of day this year, there are already a lot of rumors on it. Let’s discuss them right now and see what everyone thinks about the iPhone 8.
So, as previously mentioned, the iPhone 8 is due to be released late this year, but many rumors place the release in 2018 already. Although Apple are notorious for announcing a new device a week or just mere days before its actual launch, people seem to think that the iPhone 8 will take a little longer to appear than normal. But we’re still hoping that Apple will release it in fall, as they do with most iPhones all the time.
As for the name of the new iPhone, we call it iPhone 8 because that is the most classical approach to this. But seeing as 2017 marks the tenth anniversary of the iPhone, we’re sure that Apple will do it with style and maybe call it iPhone X, or even iPhone Anniversary Edition.
