iOS 11 Developers’ Beta 6 – What You Should Know?

Up until now, almost all the Apple iOS 11 beta releases for developers were released strictly after a fortnight. However, the most recent one was published only a week ago. People have been wondering what’s in the new beta 6 and whether is it worth a shot or not.

More about the iOS 11 beta 6

First of all, this version of the beta was available for the developers, not as a public beta. If you want to test it, you can sign up for becoming a developer that can test the beta. However, this step will cost you $99. In this case, you should ask yourself whether it’s worth it. Should you really pay $99, given that in a day or two we will get the public version?

For example, the Public Beta 5 has been released for developers initially and in a few days, we also got the chance to see the public testing version appear.

Taking Care of Bugs

One of the most important reasons for which people choose to test a beta update is to squish the bugs. It seems that this part has been included in the latest developer version as well. Of course, it’s not the final software. We will be receiving this one towards the late September, most likely.

Apple confirmed that it will become available next fall. Traditionally, they release new software a few days before the official release of the new iPhone. There is no official date set for this release either, but according to the tradition, it should happen in September as well.

All in all, you should expect some issues with this software version. Even though the team gets to fix one of them, there are others that replace it soon. However, with each successive version we get closer to a good final one.
