iOS 11 will be launched on 12 September and Apple has published some tips for their new iOS, giving us some ideas on what they will bring new to their operating system.
Apple has included in their list a few tips on customizing and configuring Control Center, arranging apps for a better and easier accessibility. There are also some features for the iPad Pros which will let users complete some commands with the Pencil. For example they will be able to unlock the iPad with the Pencil and also open the Notes app when it’s activated.
iPhone users will enjoy a new app: Files App that is an upgrade to iCloud Drive.
Apple will also introduce the ability to let third party storage apps to be available for their devices through the Files App. So you can install Dropbox or Google Drive on your iPhone. You can also add or remove some of the services available.
Other Important Features
iPad and iPhones will be easier to handle with the drag-and-drop option and other tapping options. For example, to stack some files users will long-press a file and then tap others when the file starts hovering. For creating a new location for the selected stacks, they will only need to drag. These options are available only on the Files App on iPhone.
These features will be available to iOS users starting on 12 September for iPhone and iPad users. After the Apple Event, which takes place in California at the Steve Jobs Theatre, in the Apple Park Campus from Cupertino, we will all be able to check all the updates and features on the newest iOS.
