The last few days have been very hectic for the Instagram users community. Facebook has announced the implementation of an algorithm that will change the way photos are displayed on the social network, much to the dissatisfaction of the fans, who prefers the chronological display. In the end, it seems the panic has been slightly exaggerated, the changes being planned for the next few months and not immediately.
Already many of the users with a large number of subscribers began to publish images through which they were persuading their fans to enable notifications for when new articles are posted, but at the moment, there is no need for that. The official Twitter account of Instagram has published a message that tries to bring peace to the users. It appears that Facebook has heard the complaints and decided to halt all modifications to the news flux.
However, we should keep in mind that this does not mean that in the near future there will be no implementation of the new algorithm. The message posted on Twitter suggests that as soon as the changes are imminent, a detailed announcement will be made, visible to all users. At the moment, there are only a few users that have access to the new Instagram, and they were chosen specifically to test the functionality. The changes will be implemented only after all issues will be fixed.
As soon as we have more details, we will update this thread.
