Samsung Galaxy Watch looks like it can’t settle and enjoy its time on the market due to the fact that other smartwatches are coming such as the LG Watch W7 and the Huawei Watch G7 at the same time with another Huawei one, Mate 20. The estimated release date for Huawei’s devices is the 16th of October.
The US Federal Communications Commission or in a simpler way FCC, has just certified the upcoming smartwatch.
The first image of this smartwatch from Huawei is migrating through the whole internet, WinFuture showing it recently as they are usually the one showing new leaks first.
According to WinFuture, there might not be only one smartwatch from Huawei but two versions of it. One of them would be the Sports one as most smartwatches are focusing on health and work out tracking and also the Fashion or the Classic version.
If the leaked image is accurate, this smartwatch will have an improved design in comparison to the Huawei Watch 2.
According to the same source, the display of this device will be an AMOLED one measuring 1.39 inches. In addition to this, the device will be waterproof and be running on Google’s Wear OS.
What caught our eye is the improved battery life. Most leaks have been suggesting that this watch will be able to last you for two weeks after a single charge. This way Samsung Galaxy Watch might not look so appealing anymore because such battery life in a little device is simply breath-taking.
In order to offer this to their fans, Huawei used both a Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset and a 420mAh battery. What we can hope for is that this combination will do exactly what it promises.
Further detail into the smartwatch from Huawei
The first news ever mentioned about this new smartwatch from Huawei is that it will get a name change. The source is a website from Israel, Wiseby which claims that this new device will be called Huawei Watch GT. You have probably figured that out since we talked about it earlier and used this name.
The same source has also revealed a specs list which includes the fact that this wrist tiny phone will be equipped with an AMOLED display measuring less than two inches and having a resolution of 454 x 454. Besides that it will delight you with a continuous heart rate tracker, built-in GPS features, swim tracking and also 5 ATM rating.
Besides that, as we mentioned about is great that Huawei though we would like two versions of this smartwatch. As you might know, most people that use this type of devices are either active people or business people. The Fashion version we have talked about would be great for the business people while sport orientated ones can get the sports version.
We do not know any further information regarding the differences between these two versions, but at least we could deduce something from their suggestive names.
Regarding even more leaks and rumors, another source it looks like these two new devices will feature quite long names. The sports version will be called Huawei Watch GT Sport, and the fashions or classic version will come out with the name of Huawei Watch GT Fashion/Classic.
Which one of these two variants do you think will suit you best? Or maybe you will stick to the Samsung Galaxy Watch, or maybe the smartwatch from LG is more likable for you. No matter your choice, all these three smartwatches are best at what they do.
