Huawei has announced their newest phone in China. It bears the name Huawei Maimang 6 in China and other countries will know it by the name of Huawei G10.
The previous Huawei was the Maimang 5 and the newest one features a bigger screen and dual rear cameras. This smartphone will also feature dual cameras on the front and there’s more!
Huawei G10 Specs and Features
The design for Huawei G10 looks great; it has a metal unibody and a bezel-less display. It comes in different colors, such as aurora blue, obsidian black and streamer gold.
The screen has 18:9 ratio, 1080 x 2160 Full HD+ resolution packed in a 5.9 inches size.
It comes with an octa-core Kirin 659 chipset with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The operating system is Android 7.0 Nougat and EMUI 5.1.
Another feature brings a fingerprint sensor on the back, under the camera system.
Talking about the camera, Huawei G10 has two rear camera sensors: one is 16 MP and the second one is 2 MP which include portrait mode and more features. On the front you’ll be able to see other two camera sensors that come with 13 MP and 2 MP.
You’ll be able to insert two SIMs, there’s Wi-Fi 802.11 ac connectivity, Bluetooth and an audio jack (3.5 mm). The battery has 3340mAh and comes with power saving tech 5.0 mode that will allow you to use the phone one more day after going into that mode.
The Huawei G10 is a mid-range device in the Huawei smartphone line and packs enough power for a price of only CNY 2399 ($364).
As for when you’ll be able to get one, preordering has already started, and it will go on sale in China later, on 28 September. As for global sales, there haven’t been any details in the official announcement.
