A presentation clip for HTC 10 was posted online before the official unveiling, scheduled for tomorrow. The video presents the phone from all angles, confirming once again that the images that were leaked on the internet a few weeks ago were valid.
Compared to previous generations of the HTC smartphones, the design on the back seems to be the biggest difference. The aluminium edges have been polished at 45 degrees, the camera comes out a little, and the focusing system uses a laser beam, positioned under a dual-tone flash. On the front side, there can be observed a few differences compared to the One A9 model: the home button being positioned at the bottom center, and the UltraPixel camera to the right of the speaker.
The volume buttons and the power button are now placed on the right side of the phone, while the audio jack is located at the top. The BoomSound speakers don’t seem to be present anymore, HTC probably using a stereo system consisting of the bottom and top speaker, similar to other manufacturers.
Rumours say that HTC 10 will use a Snapdragon 820 chipset from Qualcomm, 4 GB RAM, a 12 megapixels main and will features a QHD screen of 5.2 or 5.3 inches. All details will be communicated to the official channels tomorrow, in an event which will be transmitted exclusively online.
