  1. I’m sure this gonna help a lot of people out from facing this issue, instagram is is one of the best special app so we can’t just do without it
I fix my own problems due to what I realise because when I’m using a old version of instagram I didn’tface such problem, so I have to go to google and search for 2017 instagram apk app, immediately I installed I can’t see any trouble from it anymore

  2. I’ve tried pretty much everything. I’ve cleared cliche and forced stopped it, uninstalled and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, looked for an update but it’s all up to date. And still, every time I’m trying to open up Instagram, it stops working. I even tried just closing the app but still the same thing happening. Insta just stops or it wants me to restart the app just to see it close again. Really frustrating.

    1. Sometimes it just happens for no reason, and no matter what you do, it keeps doing the same. It just stops after a while, and start to work normally. So, I hope it will start working great for you again 🙂

    2. hey tayton! I’m going through the same issue and I can’t get through it. Did you get your account back to normal again?

  3. I’ve been having this software issue for over 2 months now. I can barely use the instagram app at the moment. every time I try to open it, it immediately crashes, and will do this at random sometimes for entire days, or weeks. I’ve tried every one of these solutions, sent over 100 error reports to IG, and still not a word back from some kind of tech support. It’s obvious that Instagram as a company could care less about its users, and the percentage of us that have constant problems. Incredibly unprofessional not to have some kind up tech support for a social media platform of this size. I’ve done away with facebook, and snapchat, now it looks like i’m done with IG due to their incompetence as a company. Good luck everyone who is also dealing with this issue and frustration, because IG could care less.

  4. The same thing was happening to my wife and these fixes did not work.

FIX: She logged in through her computer. Changed her password. Then the problem was fixed.

    Good luck.

  5. I have done all off this and instagram is saying the same thing unfortunately instagram has stopped what do I do now
