  • Toggle Airplane mode – Go to Settings, enable Airplane mode, wait a minute and turn it off.
  • Toggle Wi-Fi – Navigate to Settings and turn off Wi-Fi. Wait a minute and turn it on.
  • Time for a restart – Next thing to do is restart your phone and do the same with your router/modem. When devices are up and running again, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Forget the Wi-Fi network – Head over to Settings, Connections > Wi-Fi. Find the network your phone can’t connect to and tap on the gear icon. Next, tap Forget. Go back to the Wi-Fi section, find your network among the listed options, tap on it, add the password if required, and try connecting again.
  • Reset network settings – By resetting network settings, all the network-related options will go back to factory defaults. It includes Bluetooth, mobile data, etc. You can adjust them later.   • Factory data reset – This option allows you to give your phone a fresh start. Before performing it, create a backup because all the files, apps, etc., will be deleted. When the backup is created, you can go for the reset. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset. Tap Reset to confirm. Give the phone some time to complete the process.
